How Does It Work?
- Orlando Homes and Investments will list your home for 6% of the salesprice and markets your home for sale through signage, the MLS, Realtor.com, E-Mail blast, Open Houses, advertisements, the Orlando Homes and Investment website, overseas tradeshows in Belgium and the Netherlands, the Exclusive Sun Invest website, and other internet media. Orlando Homes and Investments will provide all the contracts, disclosures, addendums, mortgage follow up, Title Company and expertise to bring the sale to a close.
- Orlando Homes and Investments offers agents throughout the industry a 3% commission, to encourage ALL agents to show and sell your property.
- If an Orlando Homes and Investments agent sells the property we reduce the commission to 5% which saves the seller 1%. Orlando Homes and Investment agents are rewarded for selling your home.
- If the Seller provides the buyer through work connections, friends, family etc. Orlando Homes and Investments will provide all of its services for ONLY 1%.
- Finally, there are NO upfront fees under this program to Orlando Homes and Investments or its agents. We get paid when your home sells.
